Lock Brenda, RTR

Brenda was born and raised in Saskatoon.  She is married with two grown children.  Brenda began her career as a Medical Radiation Technologist in 1984.  She worked for Radiology Associates until 1995 in both general radiology and mammography.  After a brief hiatus, she returned to radiology in 2000 at Royal University Hospital working in both general radiology and mammography until 2005.  Brenda began working in Interventional Radiology at RUH and continued until 2015.  For the past year Brenda has been working in an interim position as the supervisor for Quality and Safety in Medical Imaging with the Saskatoon Health Region.

Brenda would like to become a council member as she currently has both the desire and time to give back to the organization.  She welcomes the opportunity to learn more about the SAMRT as well as hopes to use the opportunity to educate technologists about the many benefits of the organization.

Nathan Rosenberg, RTMR, RTR

Anonymous Person

Nathan is certified and licensed as both a Magnetic Resonance Technologist and a Medical Radiological Technologist.  He works fulltime in the Saskatoon Health Region and has been an SAMRT Council member for the previous two years.  Nathan is an active member of Council and also volunteers on the Ownership Linkage Committee and was a member of the 2015 Conference Planning Committee.

Nathan would like to continue being a council member because he feels that the two years he has volunteered on council have allowed him to just start being comfortable using the policy governance model and understanding how the organization functions.  He would like to use the skills that he has learned and continue to be on council to give back to the SAMRT.
